Services we offer include:
- Preliminary interview to review consultation needs
- Research on consultation needs
- One in person or virtual consultation meeting with couple
- Provision of research findings for future reference
Wedding Day/Month of Coordination
- 2 – 3 (option of) virtual or in-person consultation with couple
- Review of all vendor contracts
- Assist with finalization and distribution of Day-of-Schedule, including timelines for couple and all vendors (Draft of the document is provided by the couple)
- Review and finalize wedding day schedule with couple
- Confirmation of vendors 1 – 2 weeks prior to wedding day
- Attendance at wedding ceremony rehearsal
- Vendor management for the day
- Assist with all emergency situations to provide timely resolution
- On site Ceremony and Reception coordination
Partial Wedding planning and Day-of-Coordination
- 2 -3 (option of) virtual or in person consultation with couple (or more as time permits if desired)
- Up to 3 vendor research, identification and management
- Available to provide general wedding counsel from time of hire
- Review of all vendor contracts
- Develop and distribute Day-of-Schedule, including timelines for couple, vendors and day of programs.
- Review and finalize wedding day schedule with couple
- Confirmation of vendors 1 – 2 weeks prior to wedding day
- Attendance at wedding ceremony rehearsal
- Vendor management for the day
- Assist with all emergency situations to provide timely resolution
- On site Ceremony and Reception coordination
- Delivery of final payment to vendors (Upon request)
- Full wedding planning which includes access to our list of reputable vendors, vendor research, identification and overall management
- Venue research, recommendations, visits and confirmation
- Full consultation (option of) virtual or in person, with couples pre-planning, frequent meetings as required by the client up to a maximum of 2 per month
- Budget management
- Development of wedding theme, provide design recommendations
- Available to provide general wedding counsel throughout the planning process
- Attendance at final vendor meetings (as needed)
- Develop and distribute Day-of-Schedule, including timelines for couple, vendors and day of programs.
- Confirmation of vendors 1 – 2 weeks prior to wedding day
- Attendance at wedding ceremony rehearsal
- Vendor management for the day

- Assist couple with other wedding related duties as needed at the discretion of the planner
